Products are sourced directly from Oriflame. Returns and exchanges are handled fairly, in line with product condition and applicable supplier guidelines.

Time Frame:

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives to ensure your satisfaction.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

To maintain product quality and safety:

1. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

3. This policy applies to all our Oriflame organic and natural products to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

Delivery Cost:

Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of returning items. We recommend using a trackable delivery method to ensure safe return of the product.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for another, please specify your request when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
